Job summary

ShopBack in Austin, TX is seeking an AI-native marketing generalist for monetization, CRM, and product marketing. This junior seat works closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end campaigns.

You will own monetization strategy across apps and web, manage CRM journeys, and optimize sign-up funnels while leveraging Needle and Braze. Relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or early-career (0-2 years) in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• Prior marketing experience, ideally in a startup/growth environment.
• AI-native approach; fluency with AI tools as a default way of working.

Responsibilities

• Own monetization strategy for app, web, and browser extension in partnership with Business Development.
• Manage CRM journey end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, win-back.
• Enhance product marketing: sign-up flow optimization, new feature launches, upgrades to existing features.
