Job summary

ShopBack in Austin, TX, is seeking a junior marketer to own monetization, CRM, and product marketing initiatives. You will partner with the GM and cross-functional teams to drive campaigns from strategy to results and to translate customer data into early GTM action.

You will work closely with Growth, Business Development, and Marketing Ops, balancing hands-on execution with learning and growth in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and support monetization strategy for app, web, and browser extension with cross-functional partners.
• Manage CRM journey end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, win-back.
• Enhance product marketing through sign-up flow optimization and feature launches.
• Oversee core marketing systems like Needle and Braze.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns from strategy through measurement and iteration.
• Translate platform data into GTM strategy and executable campaigns.
• Collaborate with Growth, Business Development, and Product on GTM launches.
