Job summary

Coram AI is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to execute and scale demand generation programs. You will own day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional projects, partnering with the Demand Generation Lead to drive pipeline and revenue.

You’ll use AI and automation to move faster, test ideas, and craft campaigns that resonate with audiences across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and working knowledge of other paid channels.
• Strong analytical skills connecting campaign performance to opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, and CRM reporting.
• Practical experience using LLMs and AI tools for creative development, copywriting, research, analysis, and optimization.
• Strong copywriting and creative judgment for resonating with target audiences.
• Experience running structured tests across messaging, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and strategies.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Own campaign execution across keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, copy, creative, landing pages, and tracking.
• Tie performance to funnel stages from search to opportunity, pipeline and revenue.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and turn insights into actions for efficiency.
• Write ad copy and brief creatives with designers and writers for campaigns.
• Run structured experiments across messaging, audiences, creatives and offers.
• Manage projects from brief to launch, with timelines and quality controls.
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate iteration.
• Use AI for research, data analysis, reporting, copy development and ideation.
• Collaborate with marketing ops and tech teams to improve tracking and data quality.
• Stay focused on pipeline, revenue and business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
