Coram AI is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize demand-generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. You’ll work with the Demand Generation Lead on strategy while handling day-to-day execution, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional projects.

This role demands hands-on campaign management, a detail-oriented mindset, and a readiness to experiment with AI and automation to accelerate results.

Qualifications

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Own campaign execution across keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, copy, creative, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Connect performance across the full funnel from search to revenue with data-driven actions.
• Write ad copy and develop creative briefs with designers, writers, and developers.
• Run structured experiments to improve messaging, audiences, and campaign strategies.
