Qualifications

• Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience building, measuring, and optimizing cohort-based nurtures.
• Fluency in creating data-driven workflows and automation.
• Ability to pull and shape data to build lists and scoring.
• Comfort working with AI tools and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable campaign systems with templates, automations and workflows.
• Own end-to-end demand generation campaigns across channels.
• Develop and optimize cohort-based nurture journeys and onboarding sequences.
• Align data signals and AI tools to target audiences and actions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to craft value-driven campaigns.
