Shift Markets, a leading crypto infrastructure company, seeks a senior, hands-on digital market­ing leader to own end-to-end B2B demand generation. You will manage paid media, landing pages, email and funnel reporting, while building AI-driven workflows to scale outputs with a small team.

You will craft campaigns for LinkedIn and Google, monitor performance, and shape quarterly plans for new verticals including online gaming and prediction markets. Remote, 40 hours/week with NY overlap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience.
• Recent ownership of paid campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Hands-on experience building landing pages and running conversion tests.
• Email marketing and CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• AI workflows or automations you have built and use in marketing today.

Responsabilités

• Own B2B paid acquisition across LinkedIn and Google: campaign builds, targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking and budget allocation.
• Audit ad accounts and website early on, cut wasted spend and fix underperforming areas.
• Build and optimise landing pages and run CRO tests across the funnel: ad, landing page, form, CRM, email nurture, Sales handoff.
• Report on qualified leads, pipeline and revenue metrics beyond clicks and cost per lead.
• Design, build and maintain AI workflows for research, competitor/news monitoring, content drafting and reporting with human review before go-live.
• Lead Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) so Shift shows up when buyers ask AI engines about crypto infrastructure.
