Reevo in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Growth Marketing Leader to own demand generation and performance marketing. You will build the engine across paid, ABM, and intent channels to fill and accelerate prioritized pipeline for our sales team.

You will lead growth across the full funnel, including SEO, website optimization, and experimentation, leveraging AI to move faster. This is an in-office role based in Santa Clara or San Francisco, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or demand generation at high-growth AI or modern B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing across paid search, paid social, ABM and intent platforms with CAC, payback focus.
• Working knowledge of the full funnel: SEO/AEO, landing page CRO testing, and web analytics.
• Consumer growth experience is a plus; testing velocity and CAC discipline valued.
• You use AI tools daily to speed up research, production, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Demand generation and performance marketing: own pipeline, campaigns across paid search, paid social, ABM, and intent platforms; accountable for pipeline volume, quality, CAC, and payback.
• Full-funnel growth strategy: optimize the funnel from first touch to opportunity, quarterly growth focus.
• SEO and organic growth: lead SEO/AEO strategy and AI-powered search presence.
• Website and conversion optimization: own landing pages, testing roadmap, personalization, analytics.
• Field and event demand programs: run campaigns and ABM plays in priority markets.
• Experimentation and reporting: set up testing cadence, attribution, and funnel dashboards with AI tooling.
