Job summary

Reevo is hiring a Founding Lifecycle Marketing Leader to build lifecycle marketing from the ground up. You’ll own strategy, tooling, copy, and results, using AI heavily. This is a founding role requiring in-office presence in Santa Clara or San Francisco.

You will orchestrate multichannel campaigns across cold outbound, nurture, onboarding, and expansion, driving activation and pipeline while shaping the future of Reevo’s growth engines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing at high-growth AI or modern B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience building lifecycle programs from scratch across outbound, nurture, onboarding, and expansion.
• Deep hands-on skill with journey orchestration: segmentation, triggers, suppression logic, and deliverability across email and in-app.
• Fluency with modern lifecycle and marketing automation tools, wiring product usage and CRM data into triggers.
• An AI-native approach with concrete workflows to compress copywriting, segmentation, and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis and clear storytelling about stage conversion.
• Proven track record running structured testing across sequences, timing, and messaging.
• High agency, low ego, and bias for action in ambiguous environments.
• Comfort building and automating processes with Notion and AI tools.
• Excellent writing; drafting own sequences and onboarding emails.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle strategy across the full journey from cold to renewal and expansion.
• Own outbound program end to end: sequencing, copy, targeting, and deliverability.
• Build nurture programs to move leads toward pipeline and re-engage cold leads.
• Own onboarding communications and define sequences and milestones for activation.
• Drive engagement and expansion using product usage and CRM data.
• Coordinate multichannel orchestration across email and in-app channels; build journey logic and reporting.
