Job summary

Reevo, a fast-growing AI-powered B2B SaaS company, seeks a Growth Marketing Leader to own demand generation and performance marketing. You’ll drive pipeline across paid, ABM, and intent channels, while leading SEO, website conversion, and experimentation programs using AI tools.

This role requires in-office presence in Santa Clara or San Francisco, CA, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. You will craft multi-channel strategies, own the funnel from awareness to opportunity, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or demand generation at high-growth AI or modern B2B SaaS companies, with ownership of pipeline numbers
• Deep hands-on experience in performance marketing (paid search, paid social, ABM, intent platforms) with CAC, payback, and pipeline efficiency
• Working knowledge across the full funnel: SEO/AEO, landing page CRO testing, web analytics
• Consumer growth experience is a plus; value testing velocity and CAC discipline
• You use AI tools daily to speed up research, production, and analysis
• Strong analytical skills; you can interpret funnel dashboards and campaign data

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation and performance marketing across paid search, paid social, ABM, and intent platforms
• Lead full-funnel growth strategy from first touch to opportunity
• Drive SEO and organic growth and AI-powered search presence
• Own website conversion, landing pages, testing roadmap, personalization, and analytics
• Run field and event demand programs in priority markets
• Set up testing cadence, attribution, and funnel reporting using AI tools
