Job summary

Reevo is hiring a founding Lifecycle Marketing Leader to build lifecycle marketing from the ground up. You’ll own strategy, tooling, copy, and results, starting by building the first system for cold outbound, nurture, onboarding, and expansion.

This in-office role in San Francisco or Santa Clara combines AI-first workflows, fast experimentation, and deep collaboration with Sales and CS to drive activation and pipeline growth. You’ll craft journeys, measure outcomes, and grow with equity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing at high-growth AI or modern B2B SaaS.
• Experience building lifecycle programs from scratch across outbound, nurture, onboarding, and expansion.
• Hands-on journey orchestration with segmentation, triggers, suppression logic, and deliverability.
• Fluency with modern marketing automation tools and wiring product usage and CRM data into triggers.
• AI-native approach with workflows to compress copywriting, segmentation, and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with cohort analysis and clear storytelling about conversions.
• Proven track record of running structured testing programs across sequences and timing.
• High agency, low ego, bias for action in ambiguous environments.
• Comfort building processes with Notion and AI tools.
• Excellent writing, drafting sequences and onboarding emails.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle strategy across the full journey: map communications and build first plans.
• Cold outbound: own end-to-end sequencing, copy, targeting, and deliverability.
• Prospect and lead nurture: build programs to move leads toward pipeline.
• Customer onboarding: design sequences and milestones to accelerate value.
• Engagement and expansion: use product usage data to drive communications and upsell.
• Multichannel orchestration: coordinate email, in-app, and other channels with AI-driven reporting.
