Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to build our modern, AI-native growth engine from the ground up. You will own the full marketing stack, from tracking and dashboards to campaign execution and optimization, influencing both awareness and pipeline in complex B2B/B2G journeys.

You will operate with autonomy, collaborating with product marketing, demand generation, and analytics, while delivering measurable growth and ROI.

Qualifications

Direct experience owning performance marketing execution across paid search and paid social.
Ability to build performance marketing systems where none existed.
Strong focus on cross-channel dashboards and performance workflows.
Experience with incremental or causal measurement approaches.

Responsibilities

Build and own Peregrine’s central performance marketing function from the ground up with playbooks and operating rhythms.
Own end-to-end strategy and execution, including budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI targets.
Contribute to ad copy, creative, and landing page creation with the design team.
Manage the full measurement stack, attribution, dashboards, and experimentation.
Design and optimize global paid programs across search, social, programmatic, and ABM.
Collaborate with product marketing, GTM operations, and growth marketing to hit revenue goals.
Develop AI-native processes to accelerate creative development and testing velocity.
Contribute to SEO/AEO/GEO strategy.
