CandorIQ is seeking a GTM Engineer / technical marketer to join our remote-first marketing team. You’ll own the digital marketing engine, build AI-powered workflows, and experiment with new growth channels while collaborating closely with a small, experienced team.

You’ll manage website SEO, analytics, and paid campaigns, and you’ll help shape how AI transforms our marketing operations as we scale in a B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Around 3-5 years of experience in digital, growth, or technical marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing websites, SEO, analytics, and paid digital campaigns.
• AI is already part of how you work and you think about where it creates real leverage.
• Able to juggle projects and priorities independently, with collaboration when needed.
• You identify opportunities and run with them without waiting for perfect direction.
• Organized, adaptable, and excited by fast-growing startup dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve our digital marketing engine—from our website and SEO to email marketing, paid campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Build AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools that help our marketing team move faster and eliminate repetitive work.
• Continuously evaluate new AI tools and identify practical ways to improve content, performance analysis, campaigns, and project execution.
• Help establish AI best practices across the marketing team by sharing ideas and testing new workflows.
• Build and optimize email programs that engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey.
• Plan, launch, and improve paid campaigns across search and social, testing new ideas and audiences.
• Improve marketing systems, analytics, and reporting to understand what’s working and where to invest next.
• Identify new digital channels, tools, and growth opportunities, then run experiments to see what sticks.
• Partner with the rest of the marketing team to support product launches, webinars, events, content, and other campaigns.
• Look for opportunities to simplify processes, improve conversion, and make every channel more effective.
