Job summary

You will design outbound campaigns, own initiatives end-to-end, and define targeting, messaging, and post-conversion processes. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building a growth channel.
• Experience taking something from zero to actual pipeline/revenue.
• Strong analytical/numerical ability.
• Ability to build models and analyze dashboards independently.
• Comfortable setting up CRM workflows and automations.
• Strong writing ability—simplifying technical/complex concepts.
• Comfortable selling services rather than a simple SaaS subscription.
• Comfortable with significant ownership in an early-stage company.
• AI-native mindset; willingness to learn is emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Design targeted outbound campaigns for Marketing leaders, VPs, CMOs.
• Own initiatives end-to-end.
• Determine targeting, messaging and post-conversion processes.
• Analyze channel performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Constantly test new channels, messaging, offers, formats.
• Build repeatable systems once successful approaches are identified.
