Qualifications

• Experience owning projects or products and coordinating people.
• Confidence using ChatGPT and AI tools to build agents.
• A practical approach to experimentation: define a hypothesis, test it, measure, adapt.
• Strong communication and an interest in understanding customers.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar tools and make them work together.
• Judgment about output quality, spending, measurement and when review is needed.

Responsibilities

• Turn business objectives into prioritized growth plans and experiments.
• Build and operate agents for audience research, campaign creation, execution and reporting.
• Use agents to build and run pay-per-click campaigns with budgets and quality checks.
• Test messaging, creative and landing-page ideas, then use results to guide the next experiment.
• Verify tracking and measurement, troubleshoot agent workflows and improve them over time.
• Work with ROCK Sales to connect growth activity to customer conversations and outcomes.
• Document what worked, what didn’t and what to try next.
