ROCK is building spatial software that connects drones, LiDAR, 3D environments and agentic workflows. We're building our growth and go-to-market operation with the same AI-native approach.

We're looking for a project manager, product manager or similarly capable project owner who wants to build and operate agents for growth. You don't need to arrive as an expert in every advertising platform. You need curiosity, clear thinking, strong execution and the discipline to learn from evidence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience owning projects or products, coordinating people and following through.
• Confidence using ChatGPT and AI tools, plus a strong interest in building agents and reusable skills.
• A practical approach to experimentation: define a hypothesis, test it, measure the result and adapt.
• Strong communication and an interest in understanding customers.
• Evidence that you can learn unfamiliar tools and make them work together.
• Judgment about output quality, spending, measurement and when an agent needs human review.
• Prior PPC or marketing experience is useful, but not required. Neither is a traditional software-engineering title. We're interested in your ability to own the work, learn quickly and build dependable AI-driven workflows.
