Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Linguistic Services professional to advance and scale our global content operations. You will partner with stakeholders, linguists, and vendors to deliver high-quality multilingual content, using TMS, AI-driven tools, and automation to improve workflows.

You will lead end-to-end linguistic projects, adapt content for regional markets, and manage assets like translation memories and terminology databases while staying ahead of AI-enabled localization trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Localization, Linguistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in localization, linguistic services, global content operations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of localization, terminology management, and linguistic quality across global markets.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within a globally distributed team.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred (Canadian French, German, or Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a cross-functional partner for Linguistic Services with business stakeholders.
• Own linguistic projects and end-to-end workflows, from intake to delivery and feedback.
• Apply TMS, AI, LLMs, and automation to improve workflows and quality.
• Adapt US English content for other English-speaking markets with appropriate regional nuances.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to adapt messaging for regional markets.
• Manage linguistic assets including translation memories and terminology databases.
• Coordinate interpretation for Global All Hands and regional meetings.
• Stay current with developments in AI, LLMs, TMS, and localization trends.
