Job summary

Workday is seeking a Localization Specialist focused on AI Ops to accelerate global product expansion. You will deploy large and small language models to automate the localization lifecycle and scale releases across markets.

Collaboration with Engineering, Product, ML, Legal and Responsible AI teams will ensure culturally accurate, high-quality translations while maintaining UI consistency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI model workflows to automate localization using Modelfront and Intento.
• Design prompts for machine translation and cultural nuance.
• Integrate AI localization checks into engineering pipelines and workflows with Phrase.
• Use AI-based testing tools to validate UI consistency and linguistic quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Machine Learning, Legal and Responsible AI teams to improve usability and trust.
• Support educational initiatives and upskilling to build AI fluency across the globalization team.
