Meta is seeking a Senior Localization Program Manager to lead the evolution of localization at scale, leveraging AI to reimagine programs across product lines. You will drive strategy and own decisive outcomes with significant autonomy, translating AI capabilities into repeatable localization programs.

You will coordinate across product, engineering, and content teams, build standards, and apply data-driven insights to optimize quality and delivery across languages and markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of localization or equivalent program management in tech
• Large-scale cross-functional localization across products, languages, regions
• Localization strategy including vendor mgmt and quality frameworks
• Use of data and metrics to drive prioritization and communicate trade-offs
• Navigate complex dependencies across product, engineering, and content teams
• Apply AI-powered translation tech to improve efficiency and quality at scale
• Support growth in emerging/high-complexity language markets including RTL
• Establish localization standards and centers of excellence
• Familiarity with i18n concepts like Unicode and string externalization
