Job summary

Dayforce seeks a Linguistic Services lead to drive multilingual content strategy and execution across global markets. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and regional teams to ensure culturally accurate content and regulatory alignment, while leveraging TMS, AI tools, and automation to scale workflows.

You will manage linguistic assets, oversee agencies and freelancers, and help shape regional product messaging for diverse audiences worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Localization, Linguistics, or a related field.
3+ years in localization or linguistic services, global content ops, or project management.
Strong localization knowledge across global markets and regional adaptations.
Analytical and collaborative skills for multilingual, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main Linguistic Services contact across stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality multilingual content.
Own linguistic projects end-to-end from intake to delivery and stakeholder follow-up.
Apply TMS, AI, LLMs, and automation to improve workflows and quality.
