Job summary
SupportFinity™ is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (AI Applications) to design and implement innovative systems transforming education. In this role, you will have significant responsibilities in architecting reliable AI solutions that improve the learning experience.
The ideal candidate should possess more than 5 years of software engineering experience and demonstrate mastery in building complex agentic systems. You'll also lead initiatives in integrating advanced Generative AI capabilities and optimizing technology for impactful educational outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a Senior/Staff-level capacity.
- Proven hands-on experience building complex agentic systems.
- Strong expertise in at least two programming languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy robust Generative AI agents.
- Drive the development of AI-enabled educational software systems.
- Maintain frameworks for comprehensive agent evaluation.
