Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fuel delivery dispatch—assign vendors to orders based on location and requirements.
• Monitor active deliveries in real time and intervene on at‑risk orders.
• Process delivery confirmations, exception docs, and completion reports accurately.
• Manage account delivery requirements including scheduling and access instructions.
• Provide delivery status updates to Customer Success Managers and customers as needed.
• Escalate delivery exceptions and emergencies per procedures.
• Leverage AI dispatch tools for routing and vendor assignment.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours coordination.
• At senior levels, own dispatch for key accounts and mentor coordinators.
