Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience preferred, ideally in fuel transportation.
• Experience with dispatch software such as DM2 or SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of fuel inventory management tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Commitment to safety and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate fuel deliveries to customer locations.
• Monitor customer fuel inventory levels and forecast delivery needs.
• Plan and adjust delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and customer service.
• Supervise drivers with a focus on safety, compliance, and service quality.
• Monitor fuel usage and make real-time decisions regarding deliveries, diversions, and scheduling changes.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Perform load planning activities and coordinate assignments.
• Handle dispatch-related administrative duties and system data entry.
• Support leadership with operational and customer service initiatives.
