Job summary

Unbounce seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (AI First) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. You’ll partner across teams, automate recurring analyses, and build AI-driven finance workflows that scale with the business.

In a SaaS environment, you’ll own core metrics (ARR/MRR, retention, churn, CAC, LTV), maintain the financial model, and enable leadership with timely insights. This is a remote role spanning US and Canada with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical finance role.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in finance work.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows: prompt-based reporting, scripting, or connecting AI tools to finance data sources.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI-driven finance workflows including variance analysis, first-pass commentary, cohort and retention analysis, and board metric refreshes.
• Plan and forecast: own annual budget and quarterly/monthly updates with input from department leaders.
• Own the monthly reporting package and provide materials for leadership and board meetings.
• Own SaaS metrics definitions (ARR/MRR, net/gross retention, churn, CAC, LTV) and related reports.
• Be the finance point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Product, and G&A; collaborate with Data/Analytics.
