BusRight Inc. is building an AI-native Finance function and seeks a detail‑driven analyst to lead forecasting, reporting, and the implementation of Aleph.

You will own SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, Rule of 40) and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success; draft board and investor materials; create AI workflows for recurring analysis. Qualifications

• 2–4 years in investment banking, private equity, or a comparably rigorous analytical seat.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and the ambition to lean into it.
• Excellent modeling ability. You build clean, auditable models from scratch with transparent assumptions.
• Fluency in SaaS and company‑level metrics and what drives them.
• Strong written and verbal communication; you’ll explain the numbers to non-finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to own significant work independently across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly forecast and budget‑vs‑actual cycle with explanatory variance commentary.
• Own SaaS and company metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, Rule of 40, burn) and hardware financing economics.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing ownership of Aleph.
• Own go‑to‑market analytics for Revenue, including pipeline, funnel, retention, and sales productivity.
• Prepare board/investor materials and support fundraising or strategic diligence.
• Develop AI workflows and dashboards for recurring analysis and first‑pass commentary with defensible output.
• Build scenario and decision models for pricing, headcount ROI, and capital allocation.
