Job summary

BusRight is modernizing student transportation with real-time visibility into bus fleets and operational insights. We seek an analytics leader to own the forecast cycle, manage SaaS metrics like ARR and NRR, and drive the AI-driven finance transformation using Aleph.

You will build AI workflows, deliver board-ready commentary, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize pricing, headcount ROI, and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in investment banking, private equity, or a comparably rigorous analytical seat.
• Excellent modeling ability with transparent assumptions.
• Fluency in SaaS and company-level metrics and what drives them.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-finance audiences.
• Ability to own significant work independently across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• The monthly forecast and budget-vs-actual cycle with variance commentary.
• Manage SaaS and company metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, Rule of 40, burn multiple).
• Own the implementation and ongoing ownership of Aleph.
• Lead go-to-market analytics for Revenue, including pipeline, funnel conversion, and retention.
• Prepare board and investor reporting materials and data room content.
• Build AI workflows and agents for recurring analysis and first-pass commentary.
• Develop scenario/decision models for pricing, headcount ROI, and capital allocation.
