Job summary

ChargePoint is seeking a Finance Technology Leader to drive the modernization of financial systems, with NetSuite at the core, and to embed AI-driven automation across close, AP/AR, and reporting. This role partners with CFO/CAO to deliver measurable business impact and to scale the transformation as the company grows.

You will lead a small team, evolve the tech roadmap, and ensure strong financial controls while delivering faster, data-informed decisions across finance and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in finance technology, ERP transformation, or enterprise systems.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience required.
• Demonstrated use of AI, ML, or automation in a finance/ops setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance Technology Roadmap and strategy centered on NetSuite.
• Embed AI & automation to accelerate close, reconciliation, AP/AR, and reporting.
• Lead intelligent close & reconciliation with automated workflows.
• Modernise AP/AR processes with integration and controls.
• Develop integrated reporting with finance and supply chain data.

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/IS
