Job summary

ChargePoint in Campbell, CA seeks a Senior Director of Global Revenue / Revenue Controller to own ChargePoint’s global revenue function — from technical accounting and CECL reserves to ERP-based revenue automation, AI-powered process improvements, deep analytics, deals desk operations, contract reviews, and revenue reporting.

The role sets the strategic direction for revenue accounting, ensures ASC 606 and US GAAP compliance, and partners with the CFO, Sales, Legal, IT, and FP&A on all matters

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
12+ years revenue accounting experience including public company leadership.
Deep ASC 606 and US GAAP expertise; CECL experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own global revenue accounting and compliance under ASC 606.
Lead NetSuite ARM configuration and optimization.
Build Revenue Desk and Deals Desk; advise Sales and Legal on deals.
Oversee contract reviews and revenue impacts at scale.
Drive revenue analytics and external disclosures including MD&A.
Lead revenue operations and month-end close; coordinate with FP&A.
