Lumafield is seeking a Manager, Accounting & Finance Operations to join our growing Accounting team. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of accounting, finance operations, and systems.

You will own collections and AR, manage AP and purchasing, and lead Ramp and NetSuite integration, driving scalable, audit-ready workflows and AI-powered automation. • 5–8 years of accounting experience with operational accounting at a high-growth company.

Responsabilités

• Own AR and collections, billing and cash application, and monitor DSO to improve cash flow.
• Own the overall AP and purchasing function, including vendor setup, approvals, and 1099 compliance.
• Lead transition from Teampay to Ramp and build Ramp integration with NetSuite.
