Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function, drive accurate financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls. You will oversee month-end close, manage journal entries, and partner with leadership to forecast and evaluate initiatives across operations.

The role requires 7+ years of accounting experience, manufacturing/industrial background preferred, and strong analytical skills. Hybrid work after 30 days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• 7+ years accounting experience.
• Manufacturing/Engineering or Commercial Industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and SOX controls.
• Perform variance analysis against budget.
• Enhance close processes and implement policies for efficiency.
• Coach and develop the accounting team.
• Ensure timely statutory reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Develop internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Provide strategic financial insights to management.
