Job summary

Lumafield is seeking a Manager, Accounting & Finance Operations to join the growing Accounting team. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of accounting, finance operations, and systems, reporting to the Head of Accounting.

The right candidate will own collections, drive accounts payable strategy, and help build out Ramp with a Staff Accountant supporting day-to-day AP operations. A builder mindset and comfort with AI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting/finance operations and systems.
• Ability to turn manual, undefined processes into scalable workflows and audit-ready workpapers.

Responsibilities

• Own cash collections and ensure timely, predictable conversions to cash.
• Own AP strategy, system setup, and continuous maintenance within Ramp.
• Build scalable, well-controlled workflows with audit-ready documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to automate recurring work and improve Accounting team operations.
