Job summary

Human Agency is seeking an experienced AI transformation leader to drive end-to-end engagements remotely with US/Canada eligibility. You will own client relationships, develop transformation roadmaps, and build AI-enabled solutions alongside clients.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in consulting or startups, with hands-on AI tool proficiency, and a track record of delivering real outcomes beyond strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or a combination.
• Demonstrated track record of taking AI from concept to working reality in an organizational context.
• Fluency with the AI tooling landscape — models, workflows, and decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships at the senior level and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement Leadership — Run AI transformation projects end-to-end and own outcomes.
• Strategy and Execution — Develop roadmaps and stay in the work long enough to implement.
• 0-to-1 Product Building — Identify high-value AI use cases and prototype solutions.
• Executive-Level Communication — Translate complex AI concepts for boards and executives.
• Go-to-Market and Growth Support — Help scope engagements and deepen client relationships.
• AI Tool Deployment — Apply AI tools in real client work, not just demos.
• Internal Contribution — Shape how Human Agency delivers and learns as a team.
