This role emphasizes AI-enabled sales, market insights, acquisition lifecycle, and cross-functional collaboration with cybersecurity, cloud, and government customers. U.S. Citizenship and a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years federal proposals experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience supporting federal government proposals, capture, business development, growth operations, technical writing, or related activities.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and customer‑focused content.
• Working knowledge of federal procurement processes, solicitation structures, evaluation criteria, and proposal compliance, with the ability to continue developing this expertise on the job.
• Ability to understand moderately complex technical and business concepts and work effectively with subject matter experts to turn inputs into understandable proposal content.
• Strong organization, project coordination, time‑management, and follow‑through skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at multiple levels of the organization including senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint and collaboration tools commonly used for proposal development.
• Basic understanding of AI Tool prompting.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-RFP activities and craft tailored RFP submissions.
• Develop compelling sales materials such as Whitepapers, POVs, and client presentations.
• Identify and implement AI tools, workflows, and automations to boost pipeline and proposal quality.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and client research.
• Develop a deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and provide strategic recommendations for RFP shaping.
• Collaborate with account leadership and SMEs across cybersecurity, cloud, and related domains.
