Job summary

Parallel Works, Inc. is seeking a Public Sector Proposal Coordinator to manage Federal, state, and local opportunity flow and turn opportunities into bid responses.

You will triage solicitations, build compliance matrices, and draft and assemble reply packages, with strict human checks before government submission. The role requires 1 to 3 years in proposal coordination or related fields, and you will leverage AI tooling to accelerate responses while ensuring accuracy and compliance under tight

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in proposal coordination, contracts administration, bids and tenders, or technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity review and recommendation: bid, no bid, or watch; protect engineers from unsuitable solicitations.
• Build the AI workflow: own prompts, templates, and content library for drafting responses.
• Create compliance matrices and track requirements to their respective sections.
• Draft and assemble narratives; ensure formatting, page limits, fonts, and file naming.
• Verify every claim against a source; unverified items are cut or flagged for request.
• Manage submittal packages and registrations; keep SAM.gov and portals current; complete reps and certs.
