Job summary

Parallel Works is seeking a Public Sector Proposal Coordinator to manage federal, state, and local opportunities and turn bids into submitted responses. You will screen solicitations, build compliance matrices, draft and assemble responses, and prepare submittal packages while leveraging AI tools to accelerate output.

Qualifications

1–3 years in proposal coordination, contracts administration, bids and tenders, or technical writing.
US citizenship required due to handling of government submission portals.
Ability to write clearly under deadline pressure and verify AI-generated content.

Responsibilities

Opportunity review: bid, no bid, or watch based on SAM.gov and agency portals; assess fit to protect engineers.
Build the AI workflow: own prompts, templates, and content library for solicitations and drafts.
Compliance matrices: break solicitation into instructions, evaluation criteria, and submission requirements; track each requirement.
Drafting and assembly: generate first-draft narrative, edit to our standard, and assemble volumes to required page limits and formats.
Verification: confirm every claim against a source; unverified items are cut or marked available on request.
Submittal and registrations: build submission package, run checklist, keep SAM.gov registrations current; complete representations and certifications.
