Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in experience strategy, retail innovation, service design, or an adjacent digital commerce discipline.
• Deep literacy in AI with the ability to read technical design documents and translate implications into strategy.
• Proven ability to take ambiguous, future-facing ideas through organizational alignment.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, including Keynote.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
