• Deep literacy in AI and agent-based systems.

• Executive communication and storytelling skills, esp. with Keynote.
• Comfort with frontier tech in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the experience strategy for agent-to-agent commerce at Apple Store Online.
• Identify agents that matter to shoppers and establish interaction principles.
• Evaluate orchestration vs. specialized agents and outline experience implications.
• Define shopper-first standards for AI agents acting on behalf of customers.
• Develop lo-fi maps, journeys, and briefs to make multi-agent futures tangible.
• Author strategies and briefs translating AI capabilities into opportunities.
• Program-manage agent experience initiatives with a shopper-first focus.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design, and Marcom to stay coherent.
• Research market trends and consumer behavior to drive growth.
• Set baseline performance standards for agent experiences.
• Track progress, remove blockers, and maintain velocity across workstreams.
• Foster an inclusive environment valuing diverse perspectives.
