Job summary

Apple Store Online is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a diverse portfolio and partner across engineering, AIML, design and operations. You will drive projects that improve the online shopping journey for customers and RCC specialists, applying generative AI to create scalable, customer-centric solutions.

You will translate insights into roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and define initiatives with milestones, delivering measurable outcomes across the end-to-end customer

Qualifications

5+ years in Product Management for e-commerce or digital products.
Track record of owning a product portfolio.
Strong communication and influence at all organizational levels.
Experience using data and insights to improve customer-facing digital products globally.
BA/BS degree or 7+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate multi-year strategies and roadmaps.
Create buy-in for product vision and AI solutions.
Lead and simplify lasting technical and analytical solutions.
Explain complex business processes and their upstream/downstream impact.
Monitor data to identify product gaps and issues and solve them.
Lead user roundtables and gather customer insights.
