Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or high-trust coordination roles.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in fast-paced or founder-led environments.
• Strong written communication and ability to prepare executive-level materials.
• High discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple evolving work streams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate board materials.
• Organize metrics and narratives for board decks.
• Prepare executive updates and presentation flow.
• Manage executive scheduling and priorities.
• Coordinate travel, engagements, and key meetings.
• Maintain relationships and communications with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare recurring leadership meeting materials and town halls.
• Support company-wide communications and ensure timely materials.
• Organize CEO priorities and active initiatives.
• Coordinate planning across CEO-driven projects and assign support as needed.
• Track timelines and deliverables across initiatives.
• Use AI tools to streamline executive communications and templates.
