Genesis is seeking an experienced executive operations lead in San Francisco to work directly with the founders. You’ll own calendars, coordinate meetings, travel, recruiting logistics, and build AI-driven workflows to remove bottlenecks.

You’ll move fast, think strategically, and act with discretion in a high-autonomy role. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential as priorities shift quickly in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive support, operations, or a similarly fast-paced role.
• High autonomy, sound judgment and the ability to anticipate needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, discretion, and professional demeanor.
• Adaptable, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• AI-first mindset and hands-on experience with AI tools and automations.

Responsabilités

• Manage and protect founders' calendars, prioritize competing requests, and resolve conflicts quickly.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Serve as a key point of contact between founders, employees, investors, and external partners.
• Own domestic and international travel arrangements, including last-minute changes.
• Support recruiting coordination, candidate visits, and interview logistics.
• Spot operational gaps, proactively solve problems, and take ownership of ad hoc initiatives.
• Build AI agents and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and inefficient processes across executive support and the company.
