Job summary

Decagon is expanding its AI Transformation team and seeks a Business Systems Manager to own ERP deployment, maintain the systems landscape, and drive efficiency across Ramp, Navan, TeamOhana, Aleph, and more. The role is hands‑on, influencing architecture and governance while partnering with Finance, People, Legal, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

You will lead critical system projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering measurable time and cost savings while ensuring data

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience administering business systems — ERP, HRIS, spend, and travel platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native tools to automate real workflows (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Cursor).
• Deep expertise in end-to-end finance/accounting workflows — AP, AR, GL, month-end close, consolidations.
• Experience navigating build vs. buy decisions and middleware vs. custom builds.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, People, Legal, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the company’s business systems ecosystem across ERP and related platforms.
• Oversee systems strategy, architecture, configuration, integrations, governance, data integrity, and admin.
• Design and maintain end-to-end financial and operational processes, closing gaps between tools and ERP.
• Identify bottlenecks in Finance, Accounting, People, and Legal, deploying automated or AI-powered solutions.
• Lead rollout of new tools and features, train teams, run UAT, and ensure business continuity.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, People, Legal, and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
