• ERP / data governance / reporting: Define KPI ownership, ensure data integrity, prioritize Power BI/reporting, build software inventory and ROI focus.
• 5) Business process optimization through technology: Reduce manual spreadsheet reporting, improve workflows across functions, enhance KPI visibility with better data and tools.
