Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking an AI Enablement and Automation Lead in Detroit, MI for a hybrid role (onsite Tue–Thu). The incumbent will drive AI adoption across corporate applications, bridging business and technology teams to deliver measurable value while ensuring governance and security compliance.

Requirements include 7+ years in IT/ digital transformation, 3+ years in AI/automation, and proficiency with Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in IT, digital transformation, business analysis, automation, or enterprise apps.
• 3+ years implementing AI, automation, analytics, or digital workplace solutions.
• Experience with Copilot and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of enterprise governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled solutions using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI.
• Lead creation of conversational agents, copilots, automations, and knowledge assistants.
• Collaborate with SAP, HR, Documentum, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems to integrate AI capabilities.
• Develop proofs-of-concept, pilots, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, privacy, and data protection standards.
