Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a senior leader who sits at the intersection of finance, process transformation, and technology to define and deliver the FP&A roadmap. You will partner with Finance, Data, and Technology to modernize planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

You will lead a transformation program, influence senior stakeholders, and apply AI and automation to drive efficiency, standardization, and better decision support across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance systems, transformation, or FP&A leadership.
• Strong FP&A knowledge and ability to translate business needs into process improvements and roadmaps.
• 3+ years of people leadership in matrix environments.
• Experience with EPM and related finance technologies; AI/automation familiarity is a plus.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving to translate needs into scalable architectures.
• Excellent communication to influence senior leaders with data insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive FP&A transformation roadmap across planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Partner across Finance, Technology, and Data to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
• Oversee analysis, design, and delivery to improve efficiency, standardization, and decision support.
• Drive cross-functional program execution from requirements through delivery, on time and within budget.
• Act as trusted advisor to finance leadership, using data to inform prioritization and sequencing.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern finance tech to accelerate outcomes.
• Lead adoption and change management with targeted communication and training programs.
