Altana is the network for trusted trade. The Engineering organization is building an AI-driven platform serving governments and businesses from Brooklyn. As Team Lead, you will guide a 3–4 engineer team, embed with product and design, and turn hypotheses into shipped, adopted software.

Your success is measured by value delivered, speed of shipping, and system reliability. You will own incident response, manage costs, coach teammates, and demonstrate progress to customers and leadership.

Qualificações

• Real-world experience writing back end or data-driven software in demanding environments.
• Strong hands-on engineering skills with production deployments to cloud environments.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading other engineers on complex projects.
• Proven ability to stay close to customers and deliver incremental releases.
• Experience running sprint planning and delivering commitments.
• Comfort with incidents, on-call, and system cost.
• Experience building production systems with LLMs, agents, evals, or retrieval.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 3–4 engineer team delivering AI-native platform work.
• Own the problem, define customer problems before solutions.
• Go to the customer weekly and name top friction points.
• Manage backlog, milestones, and MVP/GA releases.
• Demo outcomes to customers and leadership.
• Coach engineers and participate in reviews and hiring.
