Altana is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead a small team building AI-native features that ship and are adopted by customers. You’ll embed with product and design, engage with users, and drive end-to-end outcomes from initial conversation to telemetry six months later.

You will mentor engineers, set architectural direction, and balance speed with maintainability. This role supports hybrid work across our US and international hub locations.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying production code to cloud-hosted environments.
• Proven ability to deliver incremental releases from concept to production.
• Strong communication and leadership across teams.
• Demonstrated focus on customer outcomes and engineering quality.
• Experience mentoring engineers on complex projects.
