Qualifications

Have 2 years of relevant technical program management experience.
Have strong AI, SharePoint, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
Have a keen ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve gaps and areas of concern.
Have strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills & the ability to "win people over".
Have a technical background that allows for active and efficient understanding of technical goals and the business outputs expected.
Have excellent speaking and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate within and across teams to align efforts to desired business goals.
Develop templates and provide updates for quarterly-based delivery roadmaps.
Work with teams to develop solutions to remove obstacles blocking program success.
Create, customize and own the communication and translation of technical milestones and strategy into business goals and KPIs.
