Adobe is seeking a driven Program Manager to support the operational cadence for the Developer Platform organization. You will align cross-functional teams to strategic outcomes, translate milestones into business KPIs, and maintain a central updates repository.

Qualifications

Have 2 years of relevant technical program management experience.
Have strong AI, Sharepoint, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
Have a keen ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve gaps and areas of concern.
Have excellent speaking and writing skills.
Remain collected in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

Coordinate within and across teams to align efforts to desired business goals
Develop templates and provide updates for quarterly-based delivery roadmaps
Work with teams to develop solutions to remove obstacles blocking program success
Create, customize and own the communication and translation of technical milestones and strategy into business goals and KPIs.
Build and maintain a central repository for all updates
Build and maintain positive relationships with program management partners and leadership of cross-functional teams
Promote transparency across the organization and communicate program status
