Job summary

Adobe is seeking a driven professional to join the Connected Planning Center of Excellence to bridge project management, data analysis, and solution design. You will partner across FP&A, Finance Systems, HR, IT, and business teams to craft scalable, governance-forward planning solutions.

You will shape AI-driven processes, translate complex data into actionable guidance, and promote adoption of best practices across functions. This role emphasizes collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial and workforce-planning processes incl. revenue, expenses, headcount, compensation, profitability.
• Able to analyze complex data and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Fluent in Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, Databricks, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform processes by applying AI across project management, data analysis, governance, and solution design.
• Design and improve planning processes for finance and workforce planning use cases.
• Conduct complex data analyses to evaluate forecasting accuracy and automation opportunities.
• Test solutions to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
• Strengthen governance for data sources, definitions, calculations, and model outputs.
• Collaborate with customers to prioritize opportunities and drive adoption of best practices.
