Job summary

Adobe Inc. seeks a seasoned professional to bridge project management, data analysis, and solution design within its Connected Planning Center of Excellence. You will partner across FP&A, Finance Systems, HR, IT, and business units to transform complex challenges into scalable, AI-enabled planning solutions.

You will evaluate forecasting accuracy, automate processes, and ensure governance for data sources and model outputs while communicating clear business recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management, financial analysis, data analysis, business systems, or process automation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, IS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial and workforce-planning processes and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Transform processes by applying AI across project management, data analysis, governance, and solution design.
• Design and improve planning processes for finance and workforce planning use cases from requirements to adoption.
• Perform complex data analysis to evaluate forecasting accuracy and automation opportunities.
• Test solutions for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements.
• Strengthen governance for data sources, definitions, calculations, and model outputs.
• Partner with customers to prioritize opportunities and promote best practices.
