Job summary

Adobe’s Connected Planning Center of Excellence seeks a program/finance data specialist to bridge project management, data analysis, and solution design. You’ll partner across FP&A, Finance Systems, HR, IT, and business teams to turn complex challenges into scalable interconnected solutions and advance AI-driven innovation.

Key focus areas include planning process design, forecasting accuracy, governance of data sources, and enabling adoption of AI-powered solutions across finance and workforce

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in program management, financial analysis, data analysis, business systems, or process automation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial and workforce-planning processes (revenue, expenses, headcount, compensation, profitability).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience taking ambiguous business problems from analysis through proof of concept and scalable solution design.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, forecasting, or intelligent automation is valued.
• Strong stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a bias toward innovation and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Transform our processes by employing AI across project management, data analysis, quality control, governance, and solutions design.
• Design and improve planning processes for use cases across finance and workforce planning use cases, from requirements gathering through solution delivery and adoption.
• Perform complex data analysis to evaluate forecasting accuracy, automation efficiency, and opportunities for improvement.
• Test solutions to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements.
• Strengthen governance for data sources, definitions, calculations, assumptions, and model outputs.
• Partner closely with customers to prioritize opportunities, drive enablement and adoption, and promote best practices.
